カワガラス Brown Dipper

 シロクロヒタキの近くに、２羽のカワガラスがいました。

I found two Brown Dipper when I was watching a Little Forktail.

 名前の通り白と黒の鳥。水辺にいて、ハクセキレイのよう。

ヤブドリ Steere’s Liocichla

 渓頭には、たくさんのヤブドリがいました。

There were lots of Steere’s Liocichla in Xitou Nature Education Area in Taiwan.

朝、ヤブドリたちは追いかけっこで賑やかでした。

They were chasing in the morning.

タイワンシジュウカラ Taiwan Tit

 ハイキングをしているとやって来た。とんがり頭がかわいい。

When I was hiking, a cute bird came.

コシジロムシクイ Rufous-faced Warbler

 とてもすばしっこい小さな鳥。虫のような可愛い声。 They move quickly.

ノドグロヤイロチョウ Noisy Pitta

 ケアンズから船で50分のフィッツロイ島で１泊。早朝、一人で森をお散歩していた時に、ガサガサと近くで音がした。きれいな鳥。ヤイロチョウでした。

I saw a beautiful bird in the early morning on Fitzroy Island. It was the first time to see Pitta in my life.

ハジロカイツブリ Black-necked Grebe

 目元がきれいなカイツブリ。念願の夏羽のハジロカイツブリに出会えた。以前根室で見かけたのは、冬羽でした。

The Black-necked Grebe I had seen in Nemuro in 2015 was in a non-breeding plumage .
