Coal Tit is smaller than Marsh Tit.

オオヨシキリ Great Reed Warbler

川岸でオオヨシキリが大合唱。声はすれど姿見せず。突然、現れた。

Many Great Reed Warbler were singing in the riverside.

ウグイス科の他の鳥たちと姿は似ているけれど、鳴き声が個性的。

They look like other Warbler, but different song.

人家の屋根の上でも、一生懸命鳴いていた。　That Great Reed Warbler was singing on the roof.

オオルリ Blue-and-White Flycatcher

きれいな青い鳥。  I found a blue bird.

 虫を捕まえたのね。   This bird caught a bug.

 きれいな声でさえずっていました。   It was singing.

センダイムシクイ Eastern Crowned Warbler

 独特の鳴き声。高い木の上で鳴きながら枝から枝へと飛び移るので、なかなか姿が見えないし写真撮影が難しい。

They fly from branch to branch in the upper part of trees. So it’s difficult to take pictures of them.

エゾシマリス Siberian Chipmunk

 エゾリスよりずっと小さなエゾシマリス。　　Siberian Chipmunk is smaller than Hokkaido Squirrel.

エゾリス Hokkaido Squirrel

 この日、数匹のエゾリスに出会った。ベンチでクルミを食べるエゾリス。

I met some Hokkaido Squirrel on a beautiful day. It was sitting on a bench.

 人たちから少し離れた木の上でクルミを食べるエゾリス。

It was eating on a tree in a park.

ツグミ Dusky Thrush

今年は、ツグミをよく見かける。　　　Dusky Thrush
